Fieldstone Property Management was started in 2020 as an outgrowth of the owner's personal rental properties. We once tried hiring a local property manager with very poor results. We thought we could do better and over time developed our own systems and processes to manage our rentals. It made sense to begin offering to manage other people's rental properties too.
Our particular focus is on the suburban areas outside of Wilmington, including Hockessin, Pike Creek, Newark, and North Wilmington.
Our ideal owner is willing to invest in and maintain their property to provide a nice place for the tenant to live. Our ideal property is in good condition, either new or renovated within the past 10-15 years, has modern appliances, working systems, and an attractive exterior.
