We will manage all aspects of your rental property including, property marketing, tenant screening and leasing, rent collection and bookkeeping, and repair coordination. The tenants will mail the checks to us, we pay for any outstanding bills or repairs and then deposit whats left into your account.

We charge a management fee between 10-12% of collected rent each month, depending on which plan you choose. If your property leases for $1,500 per month, we will keep $150 of that on our 10% plan as a management fee. We also charge a leasing fee equal to one months rent.

Absolutely. We are happy to manage your properties whether you have one or twenty!

Our specialty is single-family homes in good condition in Delaware.

Fieldstone works with many quality outside vendors to handle repairs at your property. The owner will still be responsible for the cost of a repair but we will field the repair call from the tenant, schedule with the vendor, ensure the repair is completed, and handle all billing and payment from there. Repair costs will be deducted from the funds in your account. Unlike some other property managers, we don't have in-house maintenance and we don't charge a surcharge on maintenance so you don't have to worry that we're fixing something just to make money.
